Alaina McDougall

Alaina McDougall is a senior at Coldwater High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program. Her OJT placement is a Barista at Biggby Coffee under the supervision of Teddy Foote. As Barista, Alaina is responsible for taking customer orders, preparing the items, completing the transaction, cleaning, and re-stocking. She also enjoys interacting with her customers.
Alaina believes her OJT training has helped her gain patience and become more responsible. Her favorite part about her OJT job is the coffee shop atmosphere because she loves that, and the great people that she works with.
Alaina’s future plans are to attend cosmetology school and become a licensed cosmetologist. Alaina enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching shows and movies in her spare time.
At the Branch Area Careers Center, Alaina is a two-year member of Business Professionals of America. She competed in the Young Mogul contest with her photography business. In the group Mogul contest, she was a member of the award winning coffee mug team. Alaina is the daughter of Mary and Josh Guillett.
