Bailey Burkhardt

Bailey Burkhardt is the Branch Area Careers Center Business Management, Marketing & Technologies Senior of the Year. Bailey is a Coldwater High School senior who has been attending the BACC BMMT program for the past year. She is an active officer in the Career and Technical Student Organization Business Professionals of America (BPA). Bailey is also a member of the BACC’s National Technical Honor Society. She was instrumental in helping organize the annual BPA Gobblepalooza Fundraising Talent Show. She also qualified for the BPA State competition in BPA’s most competitive event, Interview Skills. Bailey participated in the Davenport University Shark Week Entrepreneurship Event and led her team to a number one finish. She also took part in the Western Michigan University Great Lakes High School Sales Challenge and earned a fourth place overall finish. She was also named BMMT Student of the 2nd Marking Period.
After graduating High School, Bailey plans to attend Kellogg Community College and then transfer to Grand Valley State University. Bailey’s passion is drag racing and her career goal is to work in the marketing department in the racing industry.

Bailey is a leader in the classroom and in BPA. She is the “go-to” person when it comes to projects being planned and executed. Bailey has the natural ability to work in any situation, with any classmates, and achieve the goal and produce a quality product.
