Brayson Badders

Brayson Badders is a senior from Quincy High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center’s Automotive Technologies program. His On-The-Job-Training placement is a Marine Technician Assistant with Archer Lake Water Sports under the supervision of Brock Badders. Brayson is involved in all aspects of the business. He preps, washes, and stores boats, does general maintenance in the shop and picks up and delivers boats and parts. He says his OJT job has given him the skills he needs to pursue his career and helped him mature and improve his skills. Brayson’s favorite part of his job is being able to do something new every day. Brayson’s future plans are to continue working at Archer Lake Water Sports and get more training to complete his marine technician certification.

At the BACC, Brayson is a Skills USA member and he was class President. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his truck, riding dirt bikes, snowmobiling, and spending time with his friends. Brayson is the son of Brock and Danielle Badders.
