Bryan Torres-Alcantar

Bryan Torres-Alcantar is a Coldwater High School Senior and a student in the Computer Networking Technologies program at the Branch Area Careers Center. For his OJT position, Bryan is an IT Helpdesk Assistant for the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities (CBPU). He is supervised by Sheila Puffenberger. After high school graduation, his plans are to attend Western Michigan University and study Cyber Security. Bryan is a member of BACC’s Business Professionals of America (BPA) student organization. He has been the BPA President for the past two years. Last year at BPA State Leadership Conference, he was elected BPA State Parliamentarian. This qualified him to attend BPA Nationals in Texas. In 2023, he is BPA Ambassador Torch award winner qualifying him to attend BPA Nationals this year in California. At Coldwater High School, Bryan plays the trombone in the Marching Band and Symphonic Band. He is also a member of Coldwater High’s Culture Club, Art Club, ASTRA and Student Council. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys building Lego cars, playing video games, and spending time with friends. Bryan’s parents are Jesus Torres and Victoria Alcantar.
