Caleb Kelley

Caleb Kelley is a senior at Quincy High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC. His OJT placement is Corner Store Manager at the Branch Area Careers Center under the supervision of Brittany Wisman. At the Corner Store, Caleb is responsible for stocking, filling coolers, tracking inventory, balancing a cash drawer, customer service, interacting with vendors and teaching BMMT students how to operate the cash register and balance their drawer.
Caleb believes his OJT training has taught him how to operate his own store in the future. He has become very proficient in pricing, inventory and knowing what his customers want. His favorite part about his position is teaching other business students how to operate the store. Caleb knows that he is obtaining the necessary skills to become successful in business and retail.
His future plans are to work full time, until he can own and operate his own business. Caleb enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends and family, and playing video games. Caleb is a member of Business Professionals of America (BPA) at the BACC. He placed first at BPA Regionals in Advanced Spreadsheets. He will be competing at the BPA State Leadership Conference in March. At Quincy High School, Caleb is a member of the Bowling and Track teams. His parents are Jason and Jessica Kelley.
