Jay’vis Clayton

Jay’vis Clayton is a senior at Coldwater High School and enrolled in the Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC. He is a customer service team member at McDonald’s of Coldwater for his OJT placement. He is under the supervision of Rob Morris.
Jay’vis believes his OJT training has taught him how to interact with co-workers and customers, and improve his job performance. His favorite part about his position is the work schedule and getting more experience in business. He is responsible for taking and completing customer orders, filling and stocking take out materials, sanitizing, and filling drink orders. His future plans are to attend Western Michigan University and pursue a degree in Journalism or Criminal Justice. At Coldwater High School, Jay’vis plays football and other sports. At the Branch Area Careers Center, Jay’vis is a member of Business Professionals of America (BPA). He competed in the Basic Office Systems category at BPA Locals and BPA Regional Leadership Conference. In his spare time, Jay’vis enjoys writing books and learning different languages. Currently, he is studying the French language. Jay’vis is the son of Mary Jones and John Frederick.
