Jeniffer’s ultimate goal is to use her culinary & nutrition training in the nursing field. She also plans to support her education by continuing cake decorating, baking and pastry creations, and catering.
Kristen Dogan, Culinary Arts Instructor says that Jeniffer is amazing! She is an artist who has strong business skills. Jeniffer took over teaching cake decorating to the Culinary class. She and her partner placed first in ProStart Menu Design, developed a Food Truck Business, won first in every baking contest she entered at the local and regional levels, and she is a dedicated worker. Jeniffer worked every catering event with Chef Dogan this year and last, and Chef would hire Jeniffer as she is responsible, always dependable, and really fun to work with.
