KAITLYN NOBLE

Kait Noble is a senior at Bronson Jr/Sr High school and also attends the Branch Area Careers Center in the Health Practicum program.  Her On-The-Job-Training placement is at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital where she works as a Certified Nurse Assistant under the direction of Cherie Hooker.

Kait answers call lights, tidies patient rooms, observes procedures, tends to patient and visitor needs, performs charting of vital signs, assists with admission and discharge of patients, as well as orientating patients to rooms. She feels OJT has helped her become more confident in a clinical position and allowed her to network with medical professionals. Her favorite part of her OJT job is to interact with patients and learning new clinical skills. Her future plans are to attend Michigan State University and major in neuroscience. She hopes to lead research on the brain to deepen understanding of mental disorders and develop better alternatives to current treatments.

At the BACC, Kait is a member of HOSA-Future Health Professionals youth club as well as the National Technical Honor Society.  At Bronson High School, Kait is a member of both concert and marching bands, National Honor Society and theatre. She enjoys music, drawing, reading, writing, and spending time with animals in her spare time.  Kait is the daughter of Rhonda and Steve Noble.
