Kylah Allman

Kylah Allman is a senior at Quincy High School and enrolled in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program at the BACC. Her OJT placement is Branch House Manager at the Branch Area Careers Center under the supervision of Kelsie Truex.
Kylah believes her OJT training has taught her so much about the Culinary industry and what is expected in hospitality management. Her favorite part about the position is coming up with restaurant concepts and selling food in the Corner Store. She is responsible for performing line checks, selling products in the Corner Store, sales and marketing, assisting with instructing first year students in food preparation, and completing all sanitation and re-stocking chores.
At the Branch Area Careers Center, Kylah is a member of the National Technical Honor Society, Pro Start, and President of Skills USA. She is ServSafe Food Handler and Manager certified. At Quincy High School, Kylah is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council and Green Club. Her future plans are to attend a university and double major in Hospitality Management and Dance. In her spare time, Kylah enjoys dancing, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Kylah is the daughter of Billie and Kevin Allman.
