Mason Pierucki

Mason Pierucki is a senior from Coldwater High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center’s Environmental & Agricultural Science program. His On-The-Job-Training placement is a Farm Hand with Great Lakes Glads under the supervision of Bob Mayer. Mason helps with corn and soybean harvest, assists with maintenance duties in the shop and helps with field preparation for spring planting. He says his OJT job has taught him how to work on equipment and more about growing crops. Mason’s favorite part of his job is operating tractors and in the fall he enjoys combining. Mason’s future plans are to work full time after graduation. Ultimately, he would like to own and operate a large farm.
At the BACC, Mason is an FFA member and has earned his Greenhand, Chapter and Discovery degrees. He has earned his FFA Proficiency award and he competed in FFA Spring Skills in the Ag Mechanics contest. In his spare time, he enjoys farming at home working on tractors, hunting and 4-H. He enjoys showing steers and starter calves as well with his Odds and Ends 4-H club. Mason is the son of Joe Pierucki and Cynthia Graves.
