{"id":344914,"date":"2018-03-27T14:53:42","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T14:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/branch-isd.org\/bacc\/?p=344914"},"modified":"2018-03-27T14:53:42","modified_gmt":"2018-03-27T14:53:42","slug":"education-academy-earns-awards-at-fccla-state-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.branch-isd.org\/bacc\/education-academy-earns-awards-at-fccla-state-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Education Academy Earns Awards at FCCLA State Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MIDLAND \u2013 The 72<sup>nd<\/sup> annual Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) State Leadership Conference was held March 21-23, 2018 in Midland, MI.\u00a0 Students competed in STAR Events to showcase their teaching, speaking, and leadership skills as well as attended professional workshops.\u00a0 At the banquet students earning FCCLA\u2019s most prestigious award, Power Of One, were recognized.\u00a0 In addition, the BACC Education Academy Program, under the direction of Mrs. Karen Sobeske, earned several club awards including: \u201cFive Star Chapter\u201d award, \u201cCommunity Service\u201d gold level, \u201cGimme Five!
