Bailey Burkhardt is the Branch Area Careers Center Business Management, Marketing & Technologies Senior of the Year. Bailey is a Coldwater High School senior who has been attending the BACC BMMT program for the past year. She is an active officer in the Career and Technical Student Organization Business Professionals of America (BPA).\u00a0 Bailey is also a member of the BACC\u2019s National Technical Honor Society. She was instrumental in helping organize the annual BPA Gobblepalooza Fundraising Talent Show.\u00a0 She also qualified for the BPA State competition in BPA\u2019s most competitive event, Interview Skills.\u00a0Bailey participated in the Davenport University Shark Week Entrepreneurship Event and led her team to a number one finish.\u00a0 She also\u00a0took part in the Western Michigan University Great Lakes High School Sales Challenge and earned a fourth place overall finish.\u00a0\u00a0She was also named BMMT Student of the 2nd Marking Period.<\/p>\n
After graduating High School, Bailey plans to attend Kellogg Community College and then transfer to Grand Valley State University. Bailey\u2019s passion is drag racing and her career goal is to work in the marketing department in the racing industry.<\/p>\n
