Destinee\u2019 Depaz-Gardner is a senior at Bronson Jr\/Sr High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC.\u00a0 Her OJT placement is at Coldwater Little Caesar\u2019s as a crew member under the supervision of Debra Smith.<\/p>\n
Destinee\u2019 believes her OJT training has taught her how to interact with people and has improved her customer service skills. \u00a0Her favorite part about the position is checking the statistics each day to see how many customer orders are filled, analyze how much product is sold compared to last year, and the store\u2019s overall sales.\u00a0 She is responsible for answering phones and taking orders, excellent customer service, distributing orders, filling the landing area and completing all sanitation and re-stocking chores.<\/p>\n
Her future plans are to attend Monroe Community College and pursue a business degree. She is unsure of her ultimate career goal, but she knows she enjoys business. \u00a0At the BACC, Destinee\u2019 is a member of Business Professionals of America and competed at BPA Locals and Regionals last year in Spreadsheet Applications and Business Law and Ethics.\u00a0 She hopes to repeat that success this year. \u00a0In her spare time, Destinee\u2019 enjoys spending time with family and friends and working.
