Caleb Deller is a senior at Coldwater High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC.\u00a0 His OJT placement is a Server and Host at Wings Etc. of Coldwater under the supervision of Emily Thompson.<\/p>\n
Caleb believes his OJT training has helped him improve his people skills and therefore his customer service. \u00a0His favorite part about his position is meeting new people. He is responsible for greeting customers and seating them while performing host duties. As server, he is responsible for taking orders while serving customers food and beverages. Caleb\u2019s OJT experience has made him consider a career in customer service.<\/p>\n
Caleb is unsure of his plans after graduation. \u00a0At Coldwater High School, Caleb is a member of the Cardinal Marching Band. At the Branch Area Careers Center, Caleb is a member of Business Professionals of America (BPA). Last year, he competed in BPA\u2019s Small Business Management Team and Video Production Team.
