Joselyn Salto is a senior attending Coldwater High School and is enrolled in the Business, Management, Marketing & Technology program at the Branch Area Careers Center.\u00a0 Joselyn is employed through the On-The-Job Training program at Century Bank and Trust as a teller. Her supervisor is Ann Strong.\u00a0 Her job duties include customer service, deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, time management, maintaining customer confidentiality and proper security protocol and balancing.\u00a0 Joselyn feels her OJT placement has helped her become more confident in communicating with people.\u00a0 Joselyn feels the best part of her OJT training is helping people. She especially enjoys working with her elderly customers: helping them puts a smile on her face.<\/p>\n
Joselyn is a member of Business Professionals of America at the BACC. \u00a0Last year, she competed in Spreadsheet applications.\u00a0 At Coldwater High School, Joselyn is a member of ASTRA and plays Soccer. Her plan after graduation is to attend college and pursue a degree in business. Ultimately, she would like to obtain her real estate license.
