Brandon Callahan is a senior from Quincy High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center\u2019s Welding Engineering Technology program.\u00a0 His On-The-Job-Training placement is with LaGrange Products under the supervision of John Dodson.\u00a0 Brandon\u2019s job duties include fitting and welding parts for pressure vessels.\u00a0 Specifically, he welds custom work orders for different customers. He says his OJT job has really helped him become a better MIG welder. \u00a0Brandon\u2019s favorite part of the job includes gaining valuable work experience, working on independent customer orders and the variety of the welds he makes.\u00a0 Brandon plans to enter Basic Military Training (BMT) for the Air Force after he graduates from high school.<\/p>\n
