Caleb Litwiller is a senior from Coldwater High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center\u2019s Welding Engineering Technology program.\u00a0 His On-The-Job-Training placement is as a line welder with LaGrange Products under the supervision of John Dodson.\u00a0 Caleb\u2019s job duties include measuring, sealing and welding parts for pressure vessels.\u00a0 He says his OJT job has really helped him by teaching him how to develop good employability skills for his future. \u00a0Caleb\u2019s favorite part of the job includes gaining valuable work experience in a welding shop.<\/p>\n
Caleb plans to continue his career at LaGrange Products after he graduates from high school.\u00a0 At Coldwater High School, Caleb is a member of the wrestling team. At the Branch Area Careers Center, he is a member of Skills USA where he served as Secretary.
