Kalee Smolen is a senior at Quincy High School and enrolled in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program at the BACC. Her OJT placement is at Mancino\u2019s of Coldwater as a crew member under the supervision of Troi Jones.
\nKalee believes her OJT training has taught her how to interact with people and has improved her food handling skills. Her favorite part about the position is working with the customers. She is responsible for answering phones and taking orders, excellent customer service, preparing and distributing customer orders, and completing all sanitation and re-stocking chores.
\nHer future plans are to continue working as she enjoys her job. In her spare time, Kalee enjoys spending time with family and friends and baking. Kalee is the daughter of Bambi Burns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
