Skylar Smith is a senior at Bronson Jr\/Sr High School and enrolled in the Autobody & Custom
\nPaint Program at the BACC. Her OJT placement is at Carleton Equipment as a parts specialist
\nunder the supervision of Kyle McKinley.
\nSkylar is responsible for checking in, stocking and receipting parts, as well as working with
\ncustomers on the phone and ordering stock inventory. Skylar believes her OJT training has
\ntaught her many different equipment parts and where those parts go on the machinery. Her
\nfavorite part about the position is the crew she works with and earning a paycheck while
\nlearning about the industry.
\nAt Bronson High School, Skylar is a member of Varsity Club, Track and Field team and is a
\nManager for the boys\u2019 varsity basketball team. Her future plans are to continue working full
\ntime after graduation. In her spare time, Skylar enjoys working on the farm, fishing and
